What do you do for a living? And why?

I am working at Sutra Services (P) Ltd as an Account Manager and a Talent Acquisition Manager. The answer to the question ‘why’ would be "I belong to Sutra and Sutra belongs to Me."

What is the first thing you do when you enter the office?

Smoke a cigarette.

What are you currently working on?

Currently I am working on getting the right talent for all our esteemed clients like Burrp, Komli, Pubmatic….

One of your most cherished project / achievement …

Obviously my first recruit at Burrp.. It was challenging as it required a lot of head hunting to find THE candidate. But yes in the end everything worked out well and he is a part of the Burrp Java Development Team.

Name an office incident that still irks you?

The incident didn’t take place in the office premises but yes it was on our way back from Kinnara. The Sutra gang had gone there to celebrate Sutra’s first birthday. Mr Waqar, who was on the driver’s seat, was high and buzzing. Almost witnessed a cartwheel in our I10. But luckily we are safe and Sutra is still ROCKING!!!

Name the organization that you have yearning to join

I think I am already a part of that organization.

What is the one thing you would like to change about your current job?

Get in some bean bags. And yes a beer machine.

What is playing on your media player, right now?

Nothing… For a change we are not working, so no music :P

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

Running a business of Sutra may be in Manali where I have other stuff to do as recreation. ;)
