Evan Williams who co-founded Twitter resigned from his designation of CEO at Twitter. He has allotted the prodigious Chief Operating Officer of Twitter, Dick Costolo to take his place as the new CEO as of this week while Williams himself continues to hold the biggest chunk of Twitter shares.
