The pale blue look fails to impress and has made navigation even more tedious. Hotmail claims to have made no big changes by offering “A cleaner and more customizable look” and Easier access to your Windows Live Hotmail contacts”. Hotmail users should be expecting more changes to the mailbox and the addition of an instant messaging system in the coming months.

The Hotmail revamp really makes me question my loyalty to the webmail service. If you disagree drop in a line in our comment box.
