Why go after Google India ? They are not involved.

Google USA co-operates with Cyber Crime branches of Indian Police according to provisions of Indian Criminal Procedure Code, Section 91. All Cyber Crime branches can do this.

Dr Mehta should only approach police cyber crime branches, were everything is possible, especially Dr Mehta is a prominent person.
