Identity theft is a major concern during online transactions. And thus Odyssey Technologies has launched Snorkel Toolbar which is a website verification application. 
The freeware is available for users by simply downloading the toolbar onto their browsers.
The toolbar in turn stores encryption codes and sets off an alarm when compromised by a pharming or phishing site. It even organises a list of frequented websites and saves their digital certificates.
Last year we had reviewed Crederity which is a service that allows a
nyone to easily, safely and securely share, request and verify personal and business information. Crederity is surely a great product which shares a common thread with the Snorkel Toolbar but serves a complete different audience.
