Sprinklr, offers a unique platform for opt-in email marketing communications.
Sprinklr brings in a Tier-1 email marketing platform with high deliverability of emails to inboxes across all Indian and Global ISPs(Gmail, Yahoo, In.com, Rediff, Hotmail etc ) with its ability to pass through spam filters. This is facilitated through its relationship with major ISPs and other partners, Sprinklr platform provides inbox deliverability and spam complaints loop back to marketers.
The platform is the only SAS70 certified platform to be offered in the country, that can provide the best security and privacy to customer data and promises maximum speeds of 4 million emails an hour.
In a span of just a month, it has acquired over 9 clients, which Sprinklr does not wish to disclose at the moment.
Sprinklr is targeted at Indian brands and digital agencies for managing email communications with their consumer base. The platform is also said to offer a rich set of APIs for integration with client’s backend systems and comes with integration adopters to web analytics, CRM tools, data analytic tools etc.
The company has formed alliances in Europe and US and is jointly developing new tools complementing its current offerings.
