Times of India Group have started a new networking site for professionals called PeerPower.com. The networking site is designed to locate peers from your domain of work, companies, institutes or just with similar interests. Apparently the website states that it is “exclusively for senior-level professionals and accessible only for those with an invitation.”

Well with LinkedIn ranking high in the professional networking domain I really do not know how much would PeerPower.com be preferred. The TOI network will even face stiff competition from Info Edge’s Brijj.com. In fact the “by invitation only” factor does add novelty but it is an online move that is done to death. In terms of design PeerPower.com does not really impress (and so does the logo). But PeerPower.com surely adds up to the bouquet of online properties from the Times of India Group.
